About the role
Hotel Assistant Manager is responsible for the employ at the Front Desk; Directs all activities to ensure communications and follow-up on any problems, guest requests or special requirements.

What you will do
Walked all VIPs room prior to their arrival ensuring all preferences and request are provided accordingly. Worked closely with Room Service and Housekeeping team.
Utilizes a variety of computer systems to check guests in and out, run daily reports and select and block rooms for arriving guests.
Ensure all glitches are recorded accordingly. Handles all glitches based on facts and investigate all glitches accurately. To be neutral at all times maintaining professionalism.
Must be familiar with Four Seasons Hotels & Resorts standard training manual and service culture. Ability to understand the Policy & Procedure and operating manuals.
Complies with Four Seasons’ Category One and Category Two Work Rules and Standards of Conduct as set forth in Employee Handbook.
在重要客人到达前确保客房布置是按照喜好和要求来完成的。紧密的同送餐部和客房部配合。
熟练运用各类电脑系统来办理客人的入住与退房；运用日常报表并且熟练地为即将到店客人选取和保留房间。
确保记录所有影响客人的事情。在遵循事实的基础上准确的处理和调查所有的客人投诉。以中立的角度去看问题，保持专业精神。
一定要熟悉四季酒店及度假村的培训手册和服务文化。
遵守员工手册上的四季服务标准。

What you bring
Bachelor above education background；
3-4 Years experience as a HAM Role；
Proven interpersonal skills with a track record of successful client interactions；
Excellent reading, writing & oral proficiency in the English language；
Coaching and People Development Skills；
Good organizational skill；
Excellent reading, writing & oral proficiency in Mandarin and English are essential
Work authorization in China is required.
大学本科以上学历；
至少三到四年值班经理经验；
与客人之间保持良好的交往和沟通关系；
熟练的英语阅读、书写及口语能力；
员工培训及发展能力；
良好的组织能力；
熟练的普通话和英文阅读、书写及口语能力；
具有在中国工作的许可。
