Responsibilities 工作职责
1.Technician covers operation, repair and maintenance of system and related plant rooms of MEP,kitchen and laundry equipment etc；
2.In charge of record pressure and temperature etc. of equipment and carry on basic analysis to make sure machine operating efficiently；
3.Complete work orders dispatched by HotSOS or assigned by departmental management；
4.Make record of the information of all materials including quality and consumable；
5.Make duty logbook of every shift；
6.Assistant duty engineer to record daily utility consumption；
7.Deal with emergency problems and reports to Duty Engineer immediately；
8.Duty shift will vary among day shift, afternoon shift, night shift or 12 hour duty shift as per operational needs. Overtime is also sometimes required based on operation；
9.Execute to the regulation of shift；
10.Take part in all technical?training；
11.Attend daily meeting；
12.Assist teamwork or other section for necessary works e.g. PRP. Complete other tasks that assigned by departmental management. 
1.综合维修技工工作范畴包括但不限于跟所有机电系统，厨房设备，洗衣房设备等相关机房的运行和维修保养工作；
2.负责抄录设备运行的压力、温度等重要参数并分析，以保证设备高效运转；
3.完成由HotSOS下发的工作单或由部门管理人员委派的工作；
4.负责记录维修中所用的耗材、用量等相关信息；
5.做好值班运行记录；
6. 协助值班工程师做好每日能源消耗报表；
7. 值班中发现问题需做应急处理并立刻通知值班工程师；
8. 根据工作需要，班次可能会做出相应变化，如白班、下午班、夜班、12小时运行班；根据工作需要有时候要加班。
9. 严格执行交接班制度；
10. 参加各项技术培训；
11. 参加工程部每日工作交流会议；
12. 对团队或其他专业组别进行必要的协助例如客房保养工作等。完成由部门管理者安排的其他任务。

Preferred Qualification and Skills 岗位职责
1. Senior high school degree or above, have 1 years work experience in international hotels；
2. Have relation certificates publish by government；
3. Do well in ability of learning；
4. Clearly ability of expression；
5. Working experience stable.
1.高中以上学历，1年以上国际知名酒店工程部工作经验；
2.持有政府颁发的各类技术等级证书及特种作业操作证等；
3.具有良好的学习能力；
4.清晰的表达能力；
5.稳定的工作履历。
