Responsibilities 工作职责

1.Displays warmth, care and genuine enthusiasm when dealing with guests and internal customers; lives the Golden Rule；
2.Coordinates and performs guest arrival, departure and cashiering tasks in accordance with hotel standards; Provides genuine hospitality and recognition in the work area.

Preferred Qualification and Skills 岗位职责

1.High School and Above；
2.Good interpersonal and communication skills；
3.Fluent verbal English；
4.Has 1 or 2 years of relevant experience in 5 star hotels or resorts；
5.Mandarin speaking is a must and work authorization in China is required.
1.高中及以上学历；
2.较好的交际与沟通技能；
3.流利的英语口语；
4.有1或2年五星级酒店的相关工作经验；
5.能够讲普通话及具有在中国工作的许可。
