Responsibilities 工作职责

1.The ability to assist the Director of Spa with the supervision, management and growth of all Spa staff.
2.The ability to interview, train, schedule, monitor employee performance, discipline for all personnel who report to him/her.
3.The ability to monitor the hygienic standards and mechanical effectiveness of all facilities, report deficiencies as they occur and follow-up.
4.The ability to review all suggestions and comments from guests and make necessary adjustments.
5.The ability to keep accurate and up-to-date records and statistics on the Spa as well as of Spa employees.
6.The ability to be responsible for the administration of goods, requisitions, inventories, storage and cost effective usage of all department related materials and assets, according to Standards to ensure smooth operation.
7.Assist in any area of the spa as may be required due to operational needs.

1.有能力协助水疗总监督导、管理及成长所有水疗员工。
2.能够对所有向他/她报告的人员进行面试、培训、安排、督导员工绩效。
3.检查所有设施的卫生标准和设备运转的能力, 报告出现的问题和后续的跟进。
4.能够对客人所提的建议和意见进行审查, 并作出必要的调整。
5.能够确保水疗中心员工及时更新出的精准的、最新的报表和统计数据。
6.负责管理部门所有相关材料和资产的货物、请购、库存、储存和成本有效使用的能力, 并按标准确保操作的顺利进行
7.协助处理水疗中心整个区域有可能发生的运营需要。

Preferred Qualification and Skills 岗位职责

1.Possesses excellent Mandarin & Fair/Good English, math and psychometric abilities
2.Excellent guest relations and management skills
3.Creative and innovative in developing new and exciting ideas
4.Possesses finesse and personal flair; knowledge in a relevant foreign language is preferred
5.Possesses aptitude and upward mobility
6.Technical education in Hospitality management is preferred
7.Has 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in a luxury hotel
