Responsibilities 工作职责
1. Ensure the proper operation of the electricity supply system.
确保供电系统运作正常。
2. Daily check of the operation status of the electrical rooms, monthly check the emergency power supply and the emergency lighting.
每天检查配电房运作情况,每月定期检查紧急电源及紧急照明。
3. Ensure effective handling when having an electricity suspension.
确保紧急停电时有效处理。
4. Regular check the fire/electrical facilities.
定期检查消防电器设施。
5. Be familiar with the wiring of the power distribution and the national safety regulation.
熟悉配电装置线路及国家安全规定。
6. Daily routine check the working status of all the lifts. Ensure the proper operation of the lifts and escalators.
每天巡检电梯运行状况，确保电梯运行正常。

Qualifications 任职要求
1. Professional knowledge on electrical system and qualify of handling high and low voltage tasks.
配电系统专业知识及高、低压电工操作证书。
2. Be familiar with the electricity safety operation regulations.
熟悉电力安全操作规程。
3. Work out preventive maintenance schedule and guarantee the efficiency.
制定保养、维护计划并安排有效执行。
4. Pay attention to and work out the safety operation, crash project and training .
重视和制定安全操作程序、应急计划和培训。
