您的职责是在遵循凯悦酒店集团的企业战略及品牌标准的前提下，保持所在部门的高效营运，并满足员工、客人及酒店业主的期望。 负责提供实际的支持和指导，并确保即使最挑剔的顾客也会感到他们的每项需求都已经被想到了，并且已与健身中心建起长期联系，而非仅此一次的造访。
You will be responsible for the efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt Hotels Corporation's Corporate Strategic Priorities, whilst meeting employee, guest and owner expectations You will be responsible to provide hands on support and guidance and ensure the discerning guests feel that their every need is anticipated and they have created a relationship with the Fitness Centre, not just a visit. 

最好拥有休闲管理或酒店/旅游管理领域的本科或专科学历；至少两年大型机构的康乐部经理或健身中心经理工作经验；必须具有良好的解决问题、行政管理和人际交往能力。
Ideally with a relevant degree or diploma in Leisure management or Hospitality/Tourism management. Minimum 2 years work experience as Recreation Manager or Fitness Center Manager in larger operation. Good problem solving, administrative and interpersonal skills are a must.
