您的职责是领导员餐全体人员，为员工提供健康/卫生/多种花样的食品。根据员工提出的见意和意见，积极做好改进工作。按时完成员餐菜单编制工作。确保根据所设定的政策和方针, 尽量利用剩余的食品原料。烹制菜肴时, 确保根据菜单和配方准备食品, 以确保食品的质量达到国际凯悦的标准。严格执行食品分摊政策，以便能有效的做好控制成本工作。同时乐于学习及制作新的菜肴。
You will be responsible for lead in providing food with qualified sanitation, hygiene and variety.Making progress on task according activity to employee suggestion and opinion.Working out the menu with Chef de Cuisine on time.Ensures food surpluses and leftovers are used according to the set guidelines and policies.Cooks and ensures foods are prepared according to the menus and a recipe, ensuring the quality of food meets the Hyatt International standards.Strictly adheres to food apportionment policy to effectively control costs. Takes interest in learning and preparing new products as directed by the Outlet Chef de Cuisine. 

最好是国际豪华品牌——担任厨师长或副厨师长的工作经验；有厨房操作或管理资格证书者更佳；必须全面掌握厨房卫生操作、职业健康和安全标准方面的知识；有MS Office 和菜品配方维护系统的基本知识者优先。
Minimum 2 years experience as Chef de Cuisine or Sous Chef in a hotel or restaurant of good standards; preferably with experience in luxury international brands.  Qualification in Kitchen Production or Management will be an advantage. Comprehensive knowledge of kitchen hygiene practices and occupational health and safety standards will be essential. Basic Computer Skills in MS Office, and Recipe Maintenance System is preferred.
