您的职责是在遵循凯悦酒店集团的企业战略及品牌标准的前提下，协助保持所在部门的高效营运，并满足员工、客人及酒店业主的期望。 协助确保人力资源部门内人事部的运作顺畅、高效，并协助人力资源部总监在全酒店践行凯悦信念。
You will be responsible to assist with the efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt Hotels Corporation's Corporate Strategic Priorities, whilst meeting employee, guest and owner expectations.   To assist in the smooth and efficient running of the Personnel Department in the Human Resources Division, assisting the Director of Human Resources with the implementation of Hyatt's Purpose throughout the hotel.

最好拥有人力资源管理、人力资源开发、或酒店/旅游管理的本科或专科学历；必须具有良好的解决问题、行政管理和人际交往能力。
Ideally with a university degree or diploma in HRM/HRD or Hospitality/Good problem solving, administrative and interpersonal skills are a must.
