You will be responsible for the efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt Hotels Corporation's Corporate Strategic Priorities, whilst meeting employee, guest and owner expectations.
Provide the hotel’s Executive Team guidance in developing long-term strategies and short-term tactics to increase the hotel’s overall revenues and to maximise profit. The Director of Revenue Management will base all informed decisions on internal and external marketing intelligence to optimize existing and to create additional demand, with the objective of achieving a Revenue Market Share Index above 1.0 and to rank as #1 in the competitive set.
拥有战略营销或酒店/旅游管理的本科学历,两年酒店的收益经理、市场分析师的工作经验;必须具有战略眼光及良好的解决问题、行政管理和人际交往能力。
Ideally with a university degree in Stretegic Marketing or Hospitality/Tourism management. Minimum 2 years work experience as Marketing Manager, Marketing Analyst work in a hotel. Strategic orientation, as well as good problem solving, administrative and interpersonal skills are a must.
