Under the general guidance and supervision of the Banquet Sales Manager, coordinates negotiation processes, Letters of Agreement, secretarial backup, hotel inspections or any other specific projects as assigned.
在宴会销售经理的领导下，协调谈判过程，协议书，文案备份，酒店视察或其它特殊的项目指派。

1.Handles incoming telephone calls.
接听处理来电。
2.Handles incoming & outgoing correspondence of designated Banquet Sales Managers .
处理内部或外部相应信件分给宴会销售经理。
3.Responsible for assisting the managers in typing / filing correspondence such as proposals, Letters of Agreement, Banquet Event Orders, Group Resumes, Thank You letters, Post Event Summary etc.
负责协助经理打印，整理档案存档，协议书，下宴会通知单，团队介绍，感谢信事件摘要等。
4.Handles photocopying and distribution of all correspondence such as memos, Banquet Event Orders, Letters of Agreement, Resumes, etc to concerned departments.
处理复印和分发文件，协议书，简介到相关部门。
5.Maintains a proper filing and trace system for the department.
正确处理部门档案和跟进系统。
6.Responsible for maintaining the general tidiness of the department and ensuring sufficient stock of stationery and other office supplies.
负责维持部门的库存，确保足够的文具及其它办公用品。
7.Be aware of event details related to the accounts of designated Banquet Sales Managers .
了解知道活动详情账目。 
8.Assists Banquet Sales Managers in liaising with other departments for information, i.e. liaises with Banquet operations for floor plans and equipment, with Chef for special menus etc.
协助宴会销售经理和其它部门的信息，例如：联络宴会运作部门拿宴会和设备，厨师特别菜单等。
9.Maintains a good understanding of clients serviced by designated Managers.
按照经理指示保持良好的客户服务。
10.Handles all incoming telephone and fax enquiries and provides initial suggestions on sales enquiries.
处理所有电话查询及传真查询并提供初步建议。
11.Handles guests’ requests independently by supplying information, contacting concerned departments to assist in guests’ requests and needs.
处理客人的需求提供相关资料，协调相关部门以协助完成客人的要求。
12.Updates Group Chart and prepares relevant  reports.
更新团队图表，准备相应报告。
13.Conducts site inspections if required.
在需要的情况下带客人做酒店参观介绍。  
14.Responsible for sending out the Post-event Critique form with Thank You Letter at the end of each event.
在会议结束后负责发送意见调查表及感谢信。
15.Assists in ad-hoc projects as assigned by supervising Banquet Managers and / or Director/Assistant Director of Banquet Sales.
协助宴会销售经理和总监处理临时指派的活动项目。
16.Maintains the highest standard of professionalism, ethics and attitude towards clients and collagues.
对客人和同事保持高标准专业水平，道德和态度。
17.To be aware of the hotel hygiene and food safety control standards and procedures in handling complaints on food hygiene (e.g. food poisoning).
掌握饭店食品安全卫生控制标准及程序，处理食品卫生投诉 （例如食品中毒）。
18.The hospitality business functions seven days a week, twenty-four hours a day. In addition, this is a hospitality business and a hospitable service atmosphere must be projected at all times.
酒店服务行业是一个24小时不间断营运的行业。必须确保随时提供热情周到的服务。
19.The management reserves the right to change / extend this job description if necessary at any point of time during her / his employment.
