工作职责：
1. 负责厨房日常生产组织与人员协调，确保各岗位按标准流程高效完成备餐、烹制及出餐任务；
2. 监督食材验收、储存、加工及出品质量，落实食品安全与卫生管理规范；
3. 协助制定并执行厨房排班计划，指导帮厨及初级厨师开展岗位工作，参与内部技能培训；
4. 配合成本控制要求，合理领用物料，减少浪费，如实记录日常损耗与设备使用情况；
5. 执行餐厅运营相关指令，及时反馈现场问题，协助完成食品安全自查及迎检准备工作。
任职资格：
1. 具备1年及以上餐饮后厨实操经验，熟悉中餐热菜或综合厨房运作流程；
2. 持有有效健康证明，具备基础食品安全知识，了解《餐饮服务食品安全操作规范》相关操作规范》相关要求；
3. 学历为中等职业技术学校（中专、技校、职高）及以上，专业不限；
4. 具备良好的沟通协作能力与责任意识，能适应轮班及节假日工作安排；
5. 无传染病病原携带者限制情形，符合国家关于食品从业人员的健康准入规定。
