工作职责：
1. 协助电子商务经理制定并执行电商平台（如天猫、京东、拼多多等）运营策略，提升店铺销售业绩与用户活跃度；
2. 负责日常店铺运营管理，包括商品上架、页面优化、促销活动策划与落地、数据分析及效果复盘；
3. 统筹协调设计、客服、仓储物流等跨部门资源，保障订单履约效率与客户满意度；
4. 监控竞品动态与行业趋势，定期输出运营分析报告，为业务决策提供数据支持；
5. 参与品牌线上推广计划，协同市场团队开展内容营销、直播带货、私域流量运营等相关工作。
任职资格：
1. 大专及以上学历，电子商务、市场营销、工商管理等相关专业优先；
2. 具备2年及以上主流电商平台运营实操经验，熟悉平台规则、流量逻辑及基础数据分析工具；
3. 具备良好的沟通协调能力、项目推进能力及团队协作意识；
4. 责任心强，具备较强的数据敏感性、问题解决能力与抗压能力；
5. 遵守国家法律法规，认同企业价值观，无违法违纪记录。
