工作职责：
1. 统筹制定并组织实施企业安全管理制度、应急预案及年度安全工作计划，确保符合国家安全生产法律法规及行业标准；
2. 组织开展日常安全检查、隐患排查与风险评估，督促落实整改闭环管理；
3. 负责安全培训体系建设，面向全员开展安全生产教育、应急演练及特种作业人员资质管理；
4. 协调处理安全事故事件，组织调查分析，编制报告并落实防范措施；
5. 对接政府应急管理、消防、职业健康等监管部门，确保企业安全合规运营。
任职资格：
1. 大专及以上学历，安全工程、应急管理、环境工程或相关专业优先；
2. 具备3年及以上企业安全管理实务经验，熟悉《安全生产法》《职业病防治法》《消防法》等法律法规；
3. 持有注册安全工程师资格证书或安全管理人员资格证书（含主要负责人/安全管理人员考核合格证）者优先；
4. 具备较强的风险识别能力、应急处置能力及跨部门协调沟通能力；
5. 无违法违纪记录，身心健康，能适应必要的现场巡查与应急响应工作要求。
