工作职责：
1. 全面负责行政楼层（含行政酒廊、行政会议室及专属服务区域）的日常运营管理，确保服务标准符合酒店品牌规范与客户期望；
2. 统筹行政楼层宾客接待、入住办理、礼宾协调、餐饮服务及个性化需求响应，提升高价值客户满意度与忠诚度；
3. 管理行政楼层服务团队，组织排班、培训、绩效评估与服务质量督导，持续优化服务流程与响应时效；
4. 协同前厅部、餐饮部、客房部及市场营销部，推动行政楼层增值服务销售与跨部门协作；
5. 定期分析行政楼层运营数据（如入住率、客户反馈、收入贡献等），提出改进建议并落实提升举措；
6. 严格执行酒店安全、消防、卫生及合规管理制度，确保行政楼层运营合法、安全、有序。
任职资格：
1. 本科及以上学历，酒店管理、旅游管理或相关专业优先；
2. 具备2年以上四星级及以上酒店前厅部或行政楼层管理经验，其中至少2年同岗位管理经历；
3. 熟悉国际主流酒店集团行政楼层运营标准，具备较强的客户服务意识与高端客户关系管理能力；
4. 具备优秀的中英文书面与口头表达能力，能熟练使用Office办公软件及酒店信息系统；
