工作职责：
1. 统筹礼宾部日常运营，包括宾客接待、行李服务、问询引导、交通协调及特殊需求响应等工作；
2. 指导并监督礼宾员执行服务标准，持续提升宾客满意度与服务品质；
3. 协调前厅部、客房部、安保部等跨部门协作，及时处理宾客投诉与突发情况；
4. 参与制定及优化礼宾服务流程与应急预案，定期组织岗位培训与服务质量评估；
5. 负责礼宾部排班管理、物资申领与台账记录，确保服务资源合理配置与合规使用。
任职资格：
1. 大专及以上学历，酒店管理、旅游管理或相关专业优先；
2. 具备2年及以上高星级酒店礼宾岗位工作经验，其中至少1年具备带教或协助管理经验；
3. 熟悉国际礼仪规范与高端客户服务标准，具备良好的沟通协调能力、应变能力及多语言服务能力（普通话流利，英语可作为工作语言者优先）；
4. 具备较强的服务意识、责任心与团队协作精神，无违法违纪记录；
5. 能够适应轮班制工作安排，身体健康，符合岗位履职基本要求。
