工作职责：
1. 负责酒店/物业等场所公共区域（包括大堂、走廊、电梯厅、卫生间、户外广场等）的日常运营与现场管理，保障环境整洁、设施完好、动线合理、服务有序；
2. 统筹安排并监督保洁、安保、工程维护等相关外包或内部团队的作业质量与响应时效，落实服务标准与安全规范；
3. 开展日常巡检，及时发现并协调处理公共区域内的安全隐患、设备故障、客户投诉及突发事件，确保运营平稳与客户体验；
4. 配合品质管理部门完成服务检查、整改闭环及持续改进工作，参与相关服务流程优化与标准化建设；
5. 协助开展节能降耗、物资管理及成本控制工作，合理提报预算需求并规范使用运营资源。
任职资格：
1. 具有2年及以上公共区域管理、物业管理、酒店前场运营或大型商业空间现场管理相关工作经验；
2. 持有中等职业教育学历（中专、技校、职高）及以上学历，专业不限；
3. 熟悉公共区域服务标准、安全规范及基础设备运维常识，具备基本的现场协调与问题解决能力；
4. 具备良好的沟通表达能力、责任心和抗压能力，能适应轮班或弹性工作安排；
5. 无违法违纪记录，认同企业服务文化与价值观。
