工作职责：
1. 统筹厨房日常运营管理，包括菜品制作流程、出品质量控制及出餐时效管理；
2. 负责厨房人员排班、任务分配与现场工作协调，确保各岗位高效协作；
3. 监督食材验收、储存、加工及成本管控，定期盘点库存并优化物料使用效率；
4. 执行食品安全与卫生管理制度，落实操作规范，配合相关部门完成检查与整改；
5. 参与菜单研发与更新，结合顾客反馈及市场趋势提出改良建议；
6. 指导并培训后厨员工，提升团队专业技能与服务意识。
任职资格：
1. 中等职业教育学历（中专、技校或职高），烹饪工艺与营养、餐饮管理、食品科学等相关专业优先；
2. 具备2年以上餐饮后厨一线工作经验，其中至少1年担任领班、主管或同等管理岗位经历；
3. 掌握食品安全法规及厨房等现场管理方法，持有有效健康证
5. 具备良好的沟通协调能力、抗压能力及团队管理意识，能适应轮班及节假日工作安排。
