Position Summary职位概述

 

The basic responsibilities of the Assistant Financial Controller is to ensure and maintain the smooth and effective day to day work routine within the Finance department and the resulting work efficiency, as well as the co-ordination and control of the month-end process.

财务副总监的基本职责是确保并维持财务部门顺畅有效的日常工作和工作效率,以及协调和控制月结。


1. Supervises and manages the daily work of the Finance department.

监管财务部门的日常工作。

2. Ensures and is responsible for the accuracy and propriety of all charges and credits to the various accounts and ensure that they are properly recorded in the books on a timely basis.

负责并确保所有账户费用和调整的准确性和适当性,确保入账及时准确。

3. Ensures that all balance sheet transactions are accounted for documented and properly reconciled.

确保所有资产负债表的业务准确入账和调节。

4. Review weekly bank reconciliation/ monthly balance sheet reconciliation/analyses.

审查每周银行调节表和月度资产负债表的调节及分析。

5. Is fully conversant with the Hilton standard chart of accounts and the correct use thereof.

完全熟悉希尔顿会计科目表并准确使用。

6. Ensures that the accounting records comply with local laws and regulations.

确保会计记录遵守当地法律法规。

7. Ensures the month end closing process is completed and the timely preparation of all required financial reports for review by the Director of Finance.

确保月结完成并及时准备所有要求的财务报告给财务总监审查。

8. Ensures the accurate and prompt monthly and year-end closing of the books of accounts.

确保月结和年结及时准确完成。

9. Ensure that policies and procedures are in compliance with Finance Standard Practise Instructions (SPI).

确保所有政策和程序符合财务标准(SPI)。

10. Understand the requirements of the Internal Control Program (ICP) and SOX and ensure that the hotel is in compliance with both by performing regular audits.

理解内控程序和SOX,并通过定期的审计确保酒店遵守这两项程序。

11. Assists in the completion of forecasts and budgets as instructed.

协助按要求完成的预测和预算。

12. Prepares monthly financial reports and schedules as directed, required by management and owners.

13. Thoroughly familiar with the duties and procedures of other team members within the Finance department over whom he/she has supervision.

完全熟悉财务部直接管理的其他同事的工作和流程。

14. Assists and coordinates the internal and external audit process.

协调内外部审计。

15. Conduct Payroll Audit if AFC is independent from payroll cycle.

如果财务副总监不审核薪酬,财务副总监进行薪酬审计。

16. Ensure hotel to follow the government tax regulations, tax submitted on time.

确保酒店遵守政府的税法并按时交税。

17.  Liaise and represent the hotel with all government authorities in regard to local tax matters, Price Control Bureau, foreign exchange, banks, pensions, etc.

代表酒店与政府机构接洽有关当地税收、物价管理局、外汇、银行和养老金等事宜。

18. Liaise with local insurance companies regarding issues pertaining to local insurance coverage/issues.

与当地保险公司接洽本地保险事宜。

19.  Familiar, and keep up to date with, all policies of both the hotel and Hilton insofar as finance is involved.

熟悉并保持更新酒店和集团的财务政策。

20. Monitor daily bank cash position to ensure no over draft incurred.

关注酒店银行和现金余额,避免透支情况的发生。

21.  Capable of functioning as Controller for short periods of time in the event that the Director of Finance/Financial Controller is away from the hotel.

财务总监短期不在酒店时有能力执行财务总监职能。

22. Is hands on and takes an active role in daily activities within the department, ensuring that all work is up to date and assists team members where required.

亲自着手并积极参加部门活动,确保所有工作及时更新,在必要时帮助团队成员。

23.  Assists the Director of Finance/Financial Controller in providing commercial and financial information to assist in any decision making process.

协助财务总监提供决策需要的商业和财务信息。

24.  Ensures PDR’s are completed on schedule and actively develops team members’ skills and behaviors.

确保按计划完成员工评估,并积极发展团队成员的技能和行为。

25. Oversees the training of Finance department team members.

监督财务部员工培训。

26.  Coordinates departmental leave and organizes the coverage of positions during team member absence.

协调部门休假安排,并在团队成员缺席时安排职位顶替。

27. Ensures that all internal control procedures are strictly adhered to and communicates any perceived weakness to the Director of Finance/Financial Controller.

确保严格遵守内控程序,与财务总监沟通任何预见的问题。

28. Maintains an adequate and up to date filing system.

保持适当更新档案系统。

29. Is flexible in relation to working hours, especially at month and year-end.

灵活的工作时间,特别是在月末和年末。


Specific Job Knowledge, Skill and Ability工作技能技巧要求:

 

1. Solid working experience in hotel accounting & operations.

丰富的酒店会计和运作经验。

2. Mature and reliable person.

成熟可信赖。

3. Preferred Commerce Degree in Accounting and Management.

会计和管理方面的学位。

4. Previous experience in a managerial operational accounting role.

有财务管理经验。

5. Must possess basic computational ability.

基本掌握计算机技能。

6. Ability to lead, to provide guidance and to develop team member.

具有领导,指导和发展员工的能力。
