Position Summary职位概述:

The Kids Club Supervisor’s role is to supervise all aspects of the Kids Club and assistant to recreation

daily work. To Plan, organize and proactively promote an extensive range of events and activities. To

ensure that all Team Members are suitably prepared to offer the very best standards of service to the

guests. And ensure that the facility is in the best possible state of repair and cleanliness.

儿童乐园主管的任务是管理和监督儿童乐园的各个方面并协助康乐部其它方面的需要，计划、组

织和促销广泛意义上的活动和项目，以确保所有的团队成员能够提供给客人标准的服务，并且保

证所有的设施设备处于良好的可使用状态。

·To be responsible for supervising the day to day operation of the kids club facilities and activities of the hotel

负责每天管理儿童乐园的设施设备和酒店的活动

·To coordinate with other Supervisors to ensure the smooth operation of the department..

和其他主管一起协调保证部门的正常运行

·To represent the Recreation Manager in his absence

在康乐部经理休假的时候代替康乐部的经理的工作

·To arrange resort activities, teambuilding, tours, trips and excursions etc.

安排酒店的活动、团队活动、旅游活动

·To oversee operation, Kids Club

检查儿童乐园的工作。

·To assist the Recreation Manager in monitoring the performance of daily operators and to ensure that they adhere to DoubleTree by Hilton service standard

协助康乐部经理监督管理康乐部的日常工作，确保他们的服务符合希尔顿逸林酒店的标准

·To cover certain areas of work as and when required; team member shortage, meal breaks.

·To ensure all team member adhere to Hotel and Resort policies and procedures.

·To make regular checks in all outlets, in particular the kids club during peak periods.

·To oversee maintenance issues of the hotel Equipment and Facilities.

·To assist in coaching and event operation when required.

·To deal with all guest/member comments

·To assist the Recreation Manager in implementing and reviewing effectively the Policies and Procedures of the department.

·To be responsible for checking outlet communication log/meeting books and reporting to the Recreation Manager.

·To supervise outlet communication meetings, making sure proper and accurate minutes are taken and followed up on.

负责监管交流会议，确认各相关事项真正准确实施跟进。
