职位描述

Position Summary职位概述:

1. Manage all online marketing initiatives for a hotel or designated set of hotels.  Plan and execute marketing campaigns at a property level, enabling more customized and need based online marketing for hotels.  Core role is to optimize the website marketing, manage EDM tool, online content management tools for third parties &/or Hitlon branded websites, manage and execute online advertising plan  and be the primary owner of all relevant online reporting.  

Key responsibility is to drive marketing solutions that will improve performance for the various online channels and together with Revenue Management team to support property’s overall Revenue Per Available Room (RevPar) index and other key customer metrics according to brand.

9. Create individual marketing plans for each designated hotel to drive revenue across all online customers segments (leisure travel), and work with the property MarCom Manager, Director of Business Development, General Manager to ensure a smooth execution..

10. Support Divisional Online Marketing Team to provide monthly and quarterly analysis including performance of campaigns and channels, along with return on investment statistics.  Maximize and optimize the performance of all online marketing channels based on these results.

11. Own the results for each property through tracking and analysis, using our proprietary performance measurement tool and other tracking systems.

Work with Divisional Online Marketing Manager to ensure property content/offers are up to date and consistent with brand strategies.  Develop and submit offers on the hotel’s Special Offer Page(s) and Destination Site(s) (if relevant).  Develop landing pages for hotel(s) and destination(s) as directed.

14. Supervise online marketing campaigns with approved online agency.

15. Ensure brand consistency and reinforcement in all marketing copy, photography, communications and programs.

16. Write/proof-read copy and creative for all promotional offers

17. Research and develop promotions/partnerships with local attractions to further hotels’ web presence and online revenue, and negotiate on behalf of the hotels in the region for new online marketing initiatives

23. Host a monthly meeting with RM to address key soft spot period and need.  Propose a quarterly plan for relevant third party account accordingly.

24. Liaise and address BRG concerns/issues with the  property’s Revenue Manager

25. Provide ad hoc reporting as needed for hotels’ meetings, etc.

26. Support Divisional Online Marketing team on monthly reporting from third party partners.

27. Create and maintain matrix for hotel operations and reservations team on all promotions for the region to ensure consistency in offers and assurance that no overlap promotion exists.

28. Own rolling promotional marketing plans and schedules for individual property.

29. Support and manage Regional Marketing Planning and Performance Tool, by submitting & loading marketing offer into the tool and ensuring appropriate tracking tags are in place to ensure accurate measurement of each initiative.

30. Manage social media account and initialize online marketing campaign.

Specific Job Knowledge, Skill and Ability工作技能技巧要求:

1. Knowledge of basic marketing objectives, tactics and strategies required; (preferred experience with online marketing, advertising, and finance/budget planning and management).

2. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

3. Solid understanding of working with dynamic websites and utilizing social media platform.
