工作职责：
• 运营监督：监督日常维护任务，确保酒店设施和系统的功能性和安全性。定期检查设备和财产，以确定和解决维护需求。
• 团队领导：向工程团队分配和监控任务，确保资源的有效分配。为团队成员提供培训和支持，以提高他们的技能并确保高质量的表现。
• 预防性维护：监督和实施所有设备和系统的预防性维护计划，以最大限度地减少停机时间和成本。确保正确记录和报告已完成的维护活动。
• 安全与合规：确保所有工程活动符合安全法规、酒店政策和当地法规。进行安全检查并执行协议以维护安全的工作环境。
• 客人和员工支持：及时专业地处理与维护相关的客人投诉，确保客人满意。与其他部门合作以支持运营需求并解决维护问题。
• 库存和设备管理：监控工具、设备和备件的库存水平，确保及时补货。保持设备性能和维护历史记录的准确记录。
• 流程改进：确定改进维护流程和能源效率的机会。建议升级或更换过时或性能不佳的设备。
任职资格：
• 2年以上工程相关工作经验。
• 中专及以上学历，取得低压电工证优先。
• 具有调试音响、LED屏幕、投影仪等方面的专业知识。
• 能与上级领导及同事进行有效沟通。
• 强烈的团队合作意识。
• 能够在快节奏的环境中优先安排任务并承受压力。
