Key Responsibilities
• Be aware of duty of care and adhere to occupational, health and safety legislation, policies and procedures 熟知酒店政策和工作程序,并保证所有程序都安全有序进行
• Be familiar with property safety, first aid and fire and emergency procedures and operate equipment safely and sensibly 遵守职业、卫生和安全等法律法规
• Initiate action to correct a hazardous situation and notify supervisors of potential dangers 熟知急救、火灾和紧急情况等程序,并安全的使用相关设备。
• Log security incidents and accidents in accordance with hotel requirements 按照酒店要求记录安全事故
• Delegate to, supervise all Managerial staff within the Department, and assist them in preparing work schedules. 委派并监督本部门内所有管理人员,同时帮助他们制定工作计划。
• Conform to and enforce policies, procedures, rules, and regulations as laid down by IHG and the Hotel in order to achieve the highest levels of uniformity and guest service. 遵守并执行由洲际集团或酒店制定的各项规章制度,从而达到统一及服务的最高水平。
• Performs special duties as required by the Hotel Management 完成酒店管理层交与的其它任务。
• Prepare weekly staffing schedules, monitoring staff attendance and assist in planning work schedules. 制定每周员工计划,督察员工出勤情况并且协助制定工作计划。
• Maintain a Hotel logbook on incidents, complaints etc. and refer them, if required to the appropriate department for follow up action. 保存有关突发事件及客人投诉的记录,供有关部门追查责任时参考。
• Prepare various monthly reports as required by the Hotel Management. 按照酒店管理层的要求每月准备各类报告。
• Conduct regular operational meetings to review, monitor, adjust and upgrade the performance of the Department as a whole, explaining new directions and policies and procedures at the same time. 主持例行会议,回顾本部门的工作情况并提出调整和改善的意见,同时阐明新的方针政策规定。
• Prepare the annual capital and operating budgets for the Department in conjunction with the Hotel Management and ensure departmental expenditure is kept within budget by presenting the P & L for the Department to the Hotel Management on a monthly basis. 协同酒店管理层制定本部门的年度重要运作预算,同时务必提交本部门每月上交的损益表,以确保所有部门开支都包括在预算中。
• Be aware of the Security policies and procedures of the Hotel, and ensure that at all times in all areas of the Hotel that they are being strictly adhered to. 了解安全政策和酒店规程,并保证在酒店的任何地点、任何时间严格遵守。
• Be aware of the Fire and Emergency procedures, and your Departments responsibility in an emergency. 了解消防及紧急措施,以及本部门在突发事件中应承担的责任。
• To handle and resolve all guest queries and complaints in an efficient manner and to establish an amicable relationship with all clients, customers and guests of the Hotel. 有效地处理解决所有客人的质疑和投诉,并与所有饭店的宾客建立友好关系。 • Through close supervision recommend improvements and changes to the operation of the Department, especially concerning creating better service standards, increasing revenue and reducing costs. 通过严格的管理提高和改进本部门的工作,特别是提高服务水平,增加收入降低成本。
• Participate in providing and receiving constructive criticism about the Department and the Hotel as a whole, in order to improve efficiency, productivity and guest service. 提供或接受有关本部门或整个饭店的各种建设性意见,以便提高服务效率和服务质量。
