岗位职责：
1、带领员工认真做好餐前准备餐后工作，确保质量标准。
2、正式开餐后督导服务员认真做好服务工作并亲自参加服务工作。
3、及时对餐台上菜速度、情况了解，及时催菜，对不合格的地方进行指正、改正。
4、做好本班组与其他班组的协调。
岗位要求：
1、中专及以上文化程度，招聘女性，身高160cm以上，五官端正，形象气质佳。
2、熟悉餐厅管理和服务方面的知识，服务意识强，具有熟练的服务技能，有一年以上相关工作经验优先。
3、热爱服务工作，欲长期从事酒店业，工作踏实、认真，有较强的事业心和责任感。
