岗位职责：
1、直接负责礼宾部工作；
2、对酒店宾客提供礼貌专业的服务，协助重要宾客入住和离店；
3、管理行李房，确保所有行李和行李标签并且安全存放在合适的位置；
4、确保工作区域内的所有设备处于良好的工作状态；
5、参与员工的培训工作，负责员工日常培训，制定培训计划；
6、宾客有要求时，为预计离店的宾客安排出租车、机场接送服务。
任职要求：
1、有同集团同岗位工作经验1年以上；
2、身体健康，品貌端正，形象气质佳；
3、优秀的组织管理能力；
4、优秀的交际能力和沟通技巧；
5、善于同宾客交往、沟通，处理周到、果断，能独立处理各种投诉。
