职位描述:
1. Assist hotel manager in managing the day-to-day HR department operation.
协助酒店总经理管理人事部的日常工作。
2. Co-ordinate with owner and government department to ensure harmony relationships are set up.
协调与业主及政府有关部门的关系。
3. Co-ordinate with the trade union and other social unions to ensure setting up harmony relationships are maintained.

4. Draft and revise STAFF HANDBOOD, MANNING GUIDE, SALARY PROGRAM, LABOR CONTRACT, ANNUAL SMART PLAN, ANNUAL BUDGET as directed.
草拟或修订《员工手册》、《人员编制》、《工资方案》、《劳动合同》、《年度计划》、《年度预算》。
5. Responsible for making and following-up HR annual, monthly and weekly work plans.
负责制定和跟踪落实人事部的年度、月度和每周的工作计划。
6. Handle associate disciplinary cases and reports.
处理员工的违纪或犯规行为及调查报告。
7. Assist Training Manager in holding new join associate’s Hotel Orientation and other training programs.
协助培训部经理举办新员工入职培训及其他培训。
8. Responsible for drafting out and executing all kinds of personnel administration rules and regulations.
负责草拟并执行有关人事方面的各项规章制度。
9. Checks and approves all kinds of HR concerning forms, documents and memorandums.
审批有关人事的各类表格、书面材料及备忘录。
10. Handles the associate’s complaint and the disputes among associate vs department vs hotel and so on.
处理各种投诉和员工/部门/酒店之间的纠纷。
11. Responsible for recruitment, select, evaluate, develop, transfer, fire and take disciplinary actions of the hotel.
负责招聘、筛选、考评、培养、调动、解聘、处分所有员工。
12. Designs and conduct all kinds of associate event, such as staff birthday party, general staff meeting and so on.
筹划并举办各类大型员工活动,如生日庆典、员工大会等。
13. Checks and supervise the hotel rules and regulation practice situation in all departments.
检查、监督各项酒店规章制度的落实情况。
14. To attend all kinds of inter-hotel and outside HR concerning meetings and activities, on behalf of the hotel.
代表酒店出席酒店内、外有关人事工作的会议或活动。
15. Responsible for building and completing the SUCCESSION PLAN system.
负责建立并完善“管理人员替补队系统”。
16. Make regular Human Resources reports to hotel manager and headquarters.
定期给酒店经理和公司总部报送人力资源管理报告。
17. Coaches, counsels, disciplines and develops subordinate employees.
