工作描述Job Description
1.Making and implement hotel sales strategy with a positive attitude and cooperate spirit, to achieve hotel Catering and Events budget.
有较强的合作精神，积极参与制定和执行酒店营销策略，并全力完成酒店宴会年度销售预算。
2.Experienced in Hotel Banquet Sales, making sales plan based on the industrial characteristics of market. And accumulation of client data is an integrant.
具有丰富的宴会销售经验，能结合行业特点开展整体市场营销工作，有一定的客户积累。
3.Follow up and double check every process of each event to ensure providing high quality service to guest.
跟进并反复检查宴会活动的所有跟进事项，以确保为宾客提供高品质的服务。
4.Familiar with local market and good at marketing trend analysis, adjust sales strategy timely to achieve the assigned target.
了解本地客户的情况及喜好并具有很强的市场趋势分析能力，及时调整策略，以实现计划目标。
5.Compiling monthly BQT report and making departmental target and plan, guide and motivate talents to achieve departmental target.
准备每月宴会销售业绩报表，确定部门目标和计划，指导和激发员工以实现部门目标。
6.Strong ability of communication and coordination to make sure every event goes smoothly.
具备较强的沟通协调能力，确保宴会活动的顺利进行。
7.Establish and maintain key clients’ profile and keep good relationship with clients, focus on guest satisfaction.
建立并维持主要的客户档案，建立良好的客户关系，并关注客户的满意度。

任职资格 Qualification
1.Good English in both oral and written.
 良好的英语口语及书面表达能力。
2.Strong language competence, and able to complete market research reports, draft working plan, and good at summarizing and reporting.
较强的语言表达能力，可以独立完成市场调研报告及起草工作计划，善于总结及汇报业务。
3.Excellent ability of leadership, organization, coordination and dealing with emergencies.
优秀的领导力、组织协调能力、处理突发事件能力。
4.Excellent ability of communication, marketing and expression.
优秀的沟通能力、营销能力和展示能力。
5.at least 2 years’ experience at same position in international luxury brand hotel.
 拥有2年国际奢华品牌酒店相同职位工作经验。
