工作描述Job Description
1. 负责前厅运作的合理高效及盈利。其中包括：礼宾部，前台，宾客服务经理，宾客服务中心，行政酒廊以及健身中心。 
Be responsible for the proper, efficient and profitable functioning of the Front Office which includes Concierge, Front Desk, Guest Service Manager, Guest Service Center， Club Lounge  as well as Fitness Center.
2. 明确前厅员工的岗位和责任，确保工作流程合理。
Clarifies duties and responsibilities of Front Office personnel and ensures that work flows are in logical order.
3. 确保前厅部员工高效、快速、礼貌地处理客人登记。从抵店到进入房间向客人传递优质的服务体验。
Ensure Front Office personnel handle guest registration efficiently, promptly and courteously. Build the excellent check in experience for guest start upon arrive hotel until arrive guest room.
4. 督促员工记录所有的宾客喜好，要求和投诉，保证这些信息输入客史档案并被用作客人未来的入住。保证客人 的需求和合理要求得以满足。
Supervise staff to note down all guest preference, requests and complaints, and make sure all the information is keyed into guest profile and they are used for guest’s future staying. Ensure guest needs and reasonable requests are met.

任职资格 Qualification
1. 掌握前厅部工作知识并且十分熟悉前厅部日常运行。
Good knowledge and very familiar with all front office area operation.
2. 熟练掌握相关公司计划。
Good knowledge of corporate program
3. 良好的财务知识，熟悉相关信用政策。
Good knowledge of finance and credit policy.
4. 良好的英语能力。
Good English language skill.
5. 良好的管理技能。
Good supervisory skill.
6. 良好的沟通技巧。
Good communication skill.
7. 良好的组织以及解决问题的能力。
Be good at organize and problem solving.
