工作地点：秦淮区汉中路101号金鹰国际酒店
岗位职责：
1.协助前厅部经理制定并实施前台员工的服务标准与系统操作培训计划，定期组织考核并向上级反馈结果；
2.负责当班期间现场服务督导，及时发现并纠正问题，确保员工服务质量符合酒店标准；
3.掌握每日客情与预订信息，审核客人资料登记的准确性与完整性，确保系统数据录入无误；
4.加强与其他部门（如客房部、销售部、餐饮部等）的沟通协调，保障对客服务流程顺畅；
5.定期检查交接班记录、物资使用及设备状态。
任职要求：
1.1年及以上前台相关岗位工作经验，会使用西软或者opare系统优先；
2.良好的沟通表达能力；
3..性格开朗、头脑灵活、工作踏实，具有较强的服务意识、推销意识和责任感；
4.通晓酒店各项对客政策、设施设备及服务种类以及总台工作程度和规范。
