岗位职责/职位描述

This position is concerned with the efficient and professional service of food and beverages while ensuring guests receive optimum service in accordance with the Hilton standards, policies and procedures

本职位要求在服务生能为客人提供有效率以及专业的服务,在符合希尔顿国际酒店务标准的前提下保证向客人提供周到的服务,令客人感到舒适满意.


 Understand dietary requirements and offer appropriate suggestions.

熟悉掌握菜单知识并可以自如的向客人做以介绍。

Be able to correctly identify food dishes.

理解正确的饮食搭配,并可以向客人提出合理的建议

By completing room service checklist in product knowledge.

达到送餐服务要求的产品知识水平。

 Confidently knowing the food and beverage menu contents and be able to explain them in detail to guests.

根据客人的不同国籍,推荐菜单上食品

Undertake steps/process to ensure that all in room dining are set to the standards. This also includes communicating with the Chefs about Daily soup and special dish, and then inform the magic centre

遵守服务程序,保证每个送餐都按照服务标准。及和厨师交流每天例汤和特殊菜式并告知服务中心。

 By completing Room service checklist on preparing the department for service.

根据送餐服务标准的要求,完成餐厅对客服务的准备工作

 Follow up any guest questions or queries immediately and if you don’t know the answer, check with your Supervisor/Manager

满足客人的各项要求, 如不能立即回答客人的问题请与经理联系。

Ensure service standards per room service checklist are being achieved.

确保达到送餐服务检查表中涉及的各项标准

You feel confident with room service checklist on complaint handling.

以送餐服务标准为基本准则处理客人投诉

 Ensuring that safe and healthy working practices are observed throughout service.

在服务过程中确保严格遵守卫生及安全守则。

 Reporting any accidents/incidents to the Captain/Manage

向上级领班经理汇报发生的任何事故

 Performs any other duty as assigned by the Department manager.

执行任何工作任务都像执行部门经理下达的任务一样。
