职位描述

Tooversee the Welcome Desk daily operations and execute the overall Guest ArrivalExperience through the implementation of all W HIDs, guest recognition andproblem resolution.

管理迎宾部日常运营，按照酒店流程接待每日抵达客人以及问题处理。

To pro-actively drive and promote consistently high levels of personable Whatever/Whenever service.

积极推动高水平、随时随需的服务。

To foster a positive working environment especially with but not limited to all sections of the Welcome Desk.

为迎宾部提供积极的工作环境。

Ensuring talents are constantly looking for andfinding ways to WOW all our guests.

确保英才不断寻找途径来惊喜客人。

Complaints and problems are handled in a courteous and professional manner.

遇到的投诉问题使用礼貌和专业方法处理。

Adhering to W’s service recovery guidelines when handling guest complaints. Reply to written guest complaints including all Guest Voice and Social Media comments in W style.

坚持酒店服务理念，使用酒店语言更好的处理投诉，其中包括在客人心声和社交媒体上回复客人的留言。
