1. Establish the organizational structure and management model of the Engineering Department to ensure efficient and rational operations.
制定工程部的组织机构和管理运行模式，使其操作快捷合理。
2. Summarize and analyze operations and maintenance; formulate and approve preventive maintenance plans for equipment, facilities, and building interiors.
总结归纳运行和维修、制定和审定设备设施及建筑装潢的预防性维修计划。
3. Oversee cost-saving operations within the Engineering Department; monitor and control consumption of water, electricity, fuel, etc., and strictly manage maintenance expenses.
负责工程部的节支运行、跟踪，控制水、电、油、等的消耗并严格控制维修费用。
4. Develop energy-saving operation plans and budgets for operational and maintenance expenses based on business conditions, climate, and market energy prices.
根据营业情况和气候及市场能源价格情况，提出节能运行的计划和运行维修费用预算。
5. Coordinate relationships with relevant external departments, such as municipal engineering, to ensure a favorable external environment.
负责协调和酒店相关的市政工程等业务部门的关系，以获得良好的外部环境
6. Approve employee training plans and conduct regular training on professional skills, service awareness, and basic competencies.
审定员工培训计划，定期对员工进行业务技能、服务意识、基本素质的培训。
7. Associate degree or higher; at least 5 years of experience in a similar position. Possess a basic level of foreign language proficiency and be able to read relevant professional literature with the aid of reference materials.
大专以上文化程度；5年以上同岗位工作经验。有一定外语水平，能借助工具书阅读有关专业文献。
8. Must possess a solid foundation in mechanical and electrical engineering design; be familiar with the operation and maintenance management of electronic communication equipment, computers, HVAC systems, plumbing and drainage systems, and elevators; and be knowledgeable about policies and regulations regarding infrastructure construction, environmental protection, workplace safety, and labor protection.
必须掌握机电工程设计基础知识、熟悉电子通讯设备、计算机、暖通、空调、给排水设备、电梯等的使用和维护管理，熟悉基建、环境保护、安全生产、劳动保护方面的政策与法规。
9. Able to fully grasp the General Manager’s business objectives, properly manage relationships between superiors and subordinates as well as between departments, and organize and direct the implementation of the Engineering Department’s work plans to ensure its smooth operation.
能充分领会总经理的经营意图，正确处理上下级之间、部门之间的关系，并能组织指挥工程部各项工作计划的实施，确保工程部的正常运转。
10. Possess a strong sense of dedication and responsibility, as well as strong self-learning abilities and adaptability; act impartially and refrain from seeking personal gain.
