The role of the Loyalty Account Manager is to build and maintain relationships with Marriott Bonvoy Elite members and guests who redeem points for stays.

Oversee the Loyalty Team to ensure they consistently provide high-quality stay experiences for Elite guests, including welcoming guests, gathering guest preferences, arranging welcome gifts and managing gift costs, implementing guest satisfaction initiatives (particularly those focused on member satisfaction), and driving the implementation of Marriott Bonvoy membership policies.
