【岗位职责】
1、负责酒店宴会及会议活动的销售工作，制定并执行销售策略，完成年度销售目标；
2、开发并维护客户资源，与潜在客户及现有客户建立长期合作关系；
3、协调酒店内部各部门（如餐饮、前厅、财务等），确保宴会活动的顺利执行；
4、分析市场趋势及竞争对手动态，提出针对性的销售方案；
5、参与合同谈判及签订，确保条款符合酒店政策及客户需求；
6、定期提交销售报告及业绩分析，为管理层提供决策支持；
7、协助总监管理销售团队，指导并培训团队成员提升销售能力。
【岗位要求】
1、具备优秀的销售技巧及客户服务意识，能够独立开发客户资源；
2、良好的沟通与谈判能力，能够高效协调内外部关系；
3、具备较强的抗压能力及目标导向意识，适应快节奏工作环境；
4、熟悉酒店宴会及会议活动流程，有国际联号酒店工作经验者优先；
5、熟练使用办公软件及酒店管理系统；
6、具备团队合作精神，能够带领团队完成销售任务；
7、对市场趋势敏感，能够根据数据制定有效的销售策略。
