工作职责：
1.负责客房日常清洁与整理，确保房间整洁、设施完好、用品齐全，符合酒店卫生及符合酒店卫生及服务标准；
2.按规范完成客房布草更换、垃圾清运、消毒消杀等基础服务工作；
3.协助办理客人入住、退房相关辅助事务，及时响应并妥善处理客房服务需求与合理咨询；
4.发现设施设备故障或安全隐患时，及时报修并做好记录；
5.遵守酒店服务流程与操作规范，维护良好职业形象与客户体验。
任职资格：
1.具备3年及以上酒店客房服务相关工作经验，熟悉标准化客房作业流程；
2.持有高中（或同等学历）及以上学历；
3.身体健康，能胜任体力劳动，具备基本沟通能力与服务意识；
4.无违法违纪记录，遵守劳动法律法规及用人单位规章制度；
5.接受岗前培训与在岗考核，能够按要求完成岗位技能与安全规范学习。
