工作职责：
1.负责员工餐厅日常餐食的烹饪制作，确保菜品安全、卫生、营养均衡，符合食品安全相关法律法规要求；
2.严格执行厨房操作规范及食品留样制度，配合完成食品安全自查与监管部门检查；
3.参与菜单制定与成本控制，合理使用食材，减少浪费，保障供餐质量与效率；
4.维护厨房设备与工作区域整洁，落实消防安全与环境卫生管理要求；
5.配合餐厅主管完成临时性工作任务及节假日等特殊时段的供餐保障。
任职资格：
1.具有1年及以上餐饮行业厨师岗位工作经验，持有有效健康证明；
2.学历为高中或同等学历，具备基本读写算能力，能理解并执行标准化操作流程；
3.熟悉常见中式菜肴制作工艺，掌握基础刀工、火候控制及调味技巧；
4.遵守食品安全法规，无违法犯罪记录，无传染性疾病（乙肝等传染病病原携带者除外，法律未禁止岗位）；
5.具备良好的职业操守、服务意识与团队协作精神，能适应餐饮服务行业的排班安排。
