工作职责：
活动协调：
• 支持活动的规划和执行，确保所有后勤和运营细节都得到有效管理。
• 充当客户和内部部门之间的联络人，确保无缝沟通和协调。
• 维护准确的活动文档，包括合同、时间表和活动后报告。
营销传播 （Marcom）协调：
• 协助创建营销材料、社交媒体内容和促销活动。
• 与设计师、印刷商和其他供应商协调，以确保及时交付营销资产。
• 跟踪营销计划的绩效并编制报告以供分析。 销售协调：
• 为销售团队提供行政支持，包括维护客户数据库和准备销售提案。
• 安排和协调客户会议、现场检查和后续活动。
• 协助准备销售报告和演示文稿。
一般职责：
• 确保准确及时地记录所有部门活动。
• 与团队成员和其他部门进行有效沟通，以协调战略并实现目标。
• 及时专业地回复客户和客人的询问。
任职资格：
• 具有类似职位的工作经验，最好是在酒店业。
• 组织能力强，多任务处理能力强，注重细节。
• 出色的书面和口头沟通能力。
• 熟练使用 Microsoft Office 应用程序；熟悉 CRM 或营销工具者优先。
• 能够在快节奏的环境中独立工作或作为团队的一员工作。
语言能力：英语-一般
