· Ensure the Spa operating procedures are adhered to and reviewed on a 3 monthly basis.
确保严守水疗中心操作程序,并每3个月检讨一次。
· Implement daily targets for all Therapists and report on a daily / weekly basis.

· Induct and train all new Therapists and Spa attendants to the highest standards in line with the Therapy Training Manual / Operations Manual.
贯彻理疗训练手册/操作手册指引,引导和训练所有新加入的理疗师和水疗中心服务员,让他们达到最高标准。
· Ensure all ordering and stock taking is completed on a weekly / monthly basis.
每星期/每月完成所有订购和存货盘点工作。
· Provide on-going training and development for all Therapists and Spa Attendants in order to deliver consistently high treatment / brand standards.
不断给所有理疗师和水疗中心服务员施行训练和技能发展,从而提供一贯高水平的疗程/品牌标准。
· Ensure all Therapists are trained in the entire treatment menu with each session entered on their Training Record.
确保所有理疗师按照他们训练纪录上所列的每项环节,得到有关全套疗程计划的充分训练。
· To be fully aware of the daily treatment booking schedule and to keep updated with any changes throughout the day.
全面了解日常的疗程预订时间表,整天不时知悉任何相关改动。
· Ensure all Therapists follow the standard treatment room set up and spa journey.
确保所有理疗师遵守标准疗程室的布置政策和水疗之旅。
· Comply with all local and national legislation for the Spa in particular licensing laws and 3rd party insurance; alternative therapists.
遵从当地和国家有关水疗中心的法规,尤其是牌照法例、第三者保险方面;另类理疗师等。
· Ensure that all Therapist breaks are scheduled and agreed with the Spa Reception.
确保跟接待处编排和议定所有理疗师的休息安排。
· Work closely with the Spa Sales Manager and Product House suppliers to create promotional and seasonal offers aimed at the Members, Hotel Guests and Day Spa Guests to maximise therapist / treatment room utilisation and retail revenue.
跟川水疗销售经理、制作公司和供应商紧密合作,制定各种推广和季度优惠,以会员、酒店住客和日间水疗中心客人为对象,务求尽量提升理疗师/疗程室的使用量和零售收入。
· Organise beauty demonstrations and therapy presentations within the Spa / Hotel and for outside groups in agreement with the Director of Rooms.
在水疗中心/酒店范围筹办美容和疗程示范,也可以在川房务总监同意下,给外界团体筹办有关活动。
· Contribute to media interviews and material for press releases where requested by the Director of Rooms, Spa Sales Manager or Communications department.
因应房务总监、业务发展经理或傳讯部门要求,全力安排媒体访问,并起草新闻稿。
· Ensure the Spa Concierge has sufficient knowledge to assist clients regarding treatment bookings and purchasing retail products.
确保水疗中心接待拥有足够知识,得以协助客人预订疗程和购买零售商品。
· Regularly overview, with the Concierge team, the appointment schedules, waiting list, cancellation and no-shows, average treatment spends, plus individual Therapist takings on treatments and retail sales: taking appropriate action to ensure revenue opportunities are not being missed.
定期跟接待同事检讨预订时间表、等候名单、客人取消预订和失约、平均疗程消费,以及理疗师各自的疗程和零售量表现:采取合适的行动,确保不会错过任何增进收入的机会。
