PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES 主要职责
1、 Tocontinually support and improve engineering services that effectively addressproblems affecting both guests and colleagues.
不断支持和改进工程方面的服务以应对客人和同事的问题。
2、 To assistin the assessment of training needs, planning of training courses, andpresentation of training courses.  Totrain and instruct other members of the staff by passing along your knowledgeand skills.  In addition, utilizingresources from the Engineering Training Library and of outside vendors andsources, assist them in their development and further advance your own.  Participate in Corporate and PropertyTraining as directed by Engineering Management. Set an example of continuous self-development.
协助评估培训需要，培训课程，并教授培训课程。将自已的知识技能传授给其它同事。利用技术图书馆和来自销售商的信息以及其它外来数据来使彼此得以发展和改进。按工程管理层的指示参加公司总部及你所在的分公司组织的培训。做自强不息的榜样。
3、  To be anindependent mechanic, able to analyze problems and to formulate plans to getwork done quickly including procurement of materials, parts, etc., andnecessary scheduling arrangements with a high degree of quality.
作为能独立工作的机械工，能够分析问题，并能提出快速有效的工作方案-包括采办材料、器件和高效地进行必要的日程安排。
4、 LanguageSkills - Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules (i.e.,Lockout Tagout, JSAs), Safety Awareness information (such as MSDS) operatingand maintenance instructions and procedure manuals.  Ability to write routine reports, logs andcorrespondence.  Ability to speak effectivelywith customers and to groups of colleagues.
语言技能:能读懂安全规则，例如:上锁，挂牌，、安全知识数据、操作保养说明以及保养手册，能写日常报告、纪录及信件，能有效地与客人和其它同事进行交谈。
5、 Managerepair and maintenance project and building improvements by effectivelycoordinating and planning all tasks in advance of beginning any project.  Utilize all possible resources.  Coordinate efforts with engineering and otheraffected departments.  Use projectmanagement techniques along with the appropriately assigned engineering teammembers to perform project planning and execution.  All methods, materials and practices mustmeet and be in accordance with local codes, brand specifications, nationalcodes and standard practices.  Keepaccurate completion and task records in the project files.  Materials procurement and coordination oftheir availability are also critical to the success of your position.  
管理维修项目，改善建筑条件。在开始任何项目之前，都要有效地调动和计划所有的作业。利用尽可能多的来源。搞好与工程部门及其它部门的合作。依靠项目管理技术和分配的适当技术人员进行项目规划和实施。所有的方法、材料和措施都必须符合当地方式、朗廷品牌的具体要求、国家方式和标准应用。将准确完整的记录保存在项目文件中。原料的采办及调度也是做好这个职责的关键。
6、The hotelfunctions 7 days a week, 24 hours a day. All colleagues must realize this fact and be aware that at times it maybe necessary to move colleagues from their accustomed shifts as businessdemands.  In addition, it is understoodthat business determines the amount of hours that are worked, and that someweeks may be scheduled at less than 40 hours, and other weeks at more than 40hours.
酒店每周营业7天，每天24小时。所有同事都必须明白:根据业务需要可能会有轮班调整。并清楚明白业务量决定我们工作时间的长短。有的周可能工作40小时以下，有的周则可能在40小时以上。
【岗位要求】
1、中专以上学历。有同岗位工作经验5年以上。
2、熟悉各种机械设备的性能，掌握设备的维修和排除故障的专业知识，熟悉各各机械设备的工作规程和制度。
3、取得机械维修工上岗证书。
4、机械设备运行、操作、保养、维修管理能力。
5、语言表达能力良好，能书写一般工作报告。
