岗位概述： 

1. 协助整个营业部门的运作；与销售总监共同努力，以实现珠海华发喜来登酒店和珠海瑞吉酒店的市场定位和收入目标。
2. 在与市场销售有关的酒店战略计划和总体经营目标方面，向销售总监提供建议和支持，树立珠海华发喜来登酒店和珠海瑞吉酒店良好的品牌形象。
3. 维护集团的标准、品牌的一致性和两家酒店的形象。
4. 负责实现珠海华发喜来登酒店和珠海瑞吉酒店的客房和宴会销售目标。
5. 协助销售总监制订销售市场计划。
6. 代表两家酒店通过客户关系管理，与本地和国际市场的客户保持密切的联系并推销酒店。
7. 协助管理市场销售部，保证每日工作按时完成。
8. 实现并完成万豪集团及两家酒店要求的培训任务；
9. 手工或是用电脑保留和更新销售记录。
10. 在日常工作上，协助销售部内部保证部门内所有任务按照标准准时完成。
11. 完成分配的任务，与酒店的目标和营业方向一致，以争取最佳效果。
12. 保持与各相关部门和万豪集团总部的良好沟通合作。
13. 完全熟悉了解部门内务的运作与协作。

Job Summary:
1. Assistant the Sales & Marketing Department and works with the Director of Sales in achieving the Sheraton Zhuhai Hotel and The St. Regis Zhuhai ’s market positioning and revenue goals.
2. Provides support and advice to the Director of Sales in strategic planning and overall business goals relating to Sales & Marketing issues of the brand and the hotels.
3. Protects and guards Corporate standards, Brand integrity and Hotels image.
4. Responsible in achieving the room and catering sales objectives of the Sheraton Zhuhai Hotel and The St. Regis Zhuhai.
5. Assists the Director of Sales in the development of Sales & Marketing plan and in budget preparation.
6. Represents and promotes the hotel by maintaining constant contact with the market and the customer base locally and internationally through Customer Relationship Management.
7. Assistant Supervisors the Sales & Marketing department to ensure all daily tasks are completed in a timely fashion.
8. Achieved Training Goal from MI and Hotels:
9. Maintains and updates sales records manually and electronically as required.
10. Assists the Sales & Marketing to ensure all jobs of the Sales & Marketing Department are completed according to standards and in a timely fashion.
11. Fulfills required tasks to obtain maximum results in accordance with the hotel’s objectives and Sales & Marketing directives.
12. Coordinates and maintain good rapport with all departments concerned and Starwood hotels and offices.
13. Make full familiar with the operating and cooperation.
