职位描述

SPECIFIC DUTIES 工作任务 :

 

§ Reports directly to Director of Food & Beverage or GM and represents the division

直接汇报给餐饮总监并代表部门

§ To have complete knowledge on the Food & Beverage service available in sections appointed

全面了解餐饮部的相关知识

§ Takes pride that divisional standard operating procedures, Hotel policies are explained to all colleagues and are correctly applied

负责确保所有同事了解标准服务流程和酒店政策并正确实施

§ Effectively monitors, participates, supports, coordinates and ensures smooth operations of the sections appointed

有效地监控、参与、支持、协调并确保指定的部门的顺利运作

§ Observes colleagues individual grooming, punctuality and performance and performs colleague appraisals

检查同事的仪容仪表,守时和表现,并进行同事评估

§ Conducts regular tours of front- and heart-of-the-house of Food & Beverage restaurants to monitor service / food quality / general maintenance and cleanliness and ensures that colleagues are given a professional working environment, tools and training

定期巡视餐饮部前后区域,以监督服务及食品质量,日常维护和清洁,确保同事获得专业的工作环境、工具和培训

§ Brainstorms and keeps updated and recommends on new ideas and technology to improve service, work flow and improvements in all aspects of their appointed sections as appropriate with the ultimate goal of striving to perfection and blowing away guest

§ Conducts regular market surveys as required and discusses, plans and implement appropriate measures to increase market share with the team

§ Co-ordinate with the Executive Chef / Restaurant Manager on the set-up, implementation and sales of all outlet promotions and menu planning

§ To co-work with Director of Food & Beverage and Executive Chef, to establish standard recipes / specifications sheet and theoretical sales prices for food and beverage services in sections appointed

§ Spearheads the development of passionate and committed people by leading by example, inspiring and supporting all colleagues to be passionate about their roles, being proactive and deliver everlasting memories through honest, fairness, respect and involved management style

§ Approves weekly colleague schedules and respects colleagues’ preferences whenever applicable

§ Attends Food & Beverage divisional and departmental meetings as required and conducts them on Director of Food & Beverage absence

§ Plans, conducts/participates and monitors divisional colleague training in coordination with the Learning & Development department

§ Actively engages guests and seeks feedback and handles it in a timely and respectful manner to guests satisfaction, follows up to ensure that a repeated feedback is prevented and informs Director of Food & Beverage accordingly

§ Facilitates smooth and effective communication between Food & Beverage and other departments in the Hotel

§ Meeting regularly with key suppliers to enhance collaboration, discuss new products, flaws in existing products, maximize discounts and sponsorships

§ Constantly challenges themselves by seeking new ways to improve quality of service and offerings, their consistency and strive for perfection

§ Governs that all materials, equipment and machinery are properly used and regularly cleaned, in order to prolong usage

§ Implements appropriate and effective measures to control and minimizing costs

§ Authorizes the daily outlet log book

JOB SPECIFICATION职位要求 :

§ Competent presentation and public-speaking abilities

§ Able to build solid & genuine relationships with customers

§ Highly organized and able to prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

§ Computer literacy a must, with a highly proficient knowledge of Word, Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint.

§ Approximately 2-3 years’ experience as Food & Beverage Assistant Director/Director

2-3年及以上餐饮副总监/总监的相关岗位工作经验

§ Qualifications and relevant certifications
