Responsibilities 工作职责
1.To engage in food and beverage service delivery as per the predetermined standards and sequence.
按照指定的服务标准及流程从事餐前准备。
2.To have thorough knowledge of the menu, drinks list and wine list and to be able to respond to guest inquiries.
熟悉菜单，饮料单及酒水单并能够正确的回应客人的需求。
3.Liases with the kitchen, stewarding and bars in operational matters to ensure the operation runs smoothly.
与厨房，管事部，酒吧，及工程部等相关部门协调以确保每日运营顺利进行。
4.To ensure that guests expectations are met or exceeded by providing an efficient, friendly and attentive service.
以高效，友好，切实的服务达到并超越客人的期望。
