The F&B Sales Manager is responsible for proactively soliciting and managing restaurant-related sales opportunities. Actively up-sells each business opportunity to maximize revenue opportunity. Achieves personal and team related revenue goals. Ensures business is turned over properly and in a timely fashion for proper service delivery. Responsible for driving customer loyalty by delivering service excellence throughout each customer experience. Provides service to our customers in order to grow the account on behalf of St. Regis Hotel, across the enterprise.

JOB SPECIFICATION职位要求 :

§ 1-2 years’ experience in the sales and marketing, guest services, front desk, or related professional area or approximately 2-3 years’ experience as Restaurant Assistant Manager/Manager

1-2年在市场营销领域，客户服务，前台或相关专业领域工作经验或2-3年及以上餐厅副经理/经理的相关岗位工作经验

§ Highly effective interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills

良好的人际交往能力和书面口头沟通表达的能力

§ Highly organized and able to prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
