1. 协助整个营业部门的运作；与宴会销售总监共同努力，以实现珠海华发喜来登酒店和珠海瑞吉酒店的市场定位和收入目标。
2. 在与市场销售有关的酒店战略计划和总体经营目标方面，向宴会销售总监提供建议和支持，树立珠海华发喜来登酒店和珠海瑞吉酒店良好的品牌形象。
3. 维护集团的标准、品牌的一致性和两家酒店的形象。
4. 负责实现珠海华发喜来登酒店和珠海瑞吉酒店的客房和宴会销售目标。
5. 协助宴会销售总监制订销售市场计划。
6. 代表两家酒店通过客户关系管理，与本地和国际市场的客户保持密切的联系并推销酒店。
7. 协助管理市场销售部，保证每日工作按时完成。
8. 在宴会销售总监的指导下开展销售活动，在职责范围内为酒店招徕生意。
9. 通过与客户的沟通，并与本地客户建立牢固的合作和商业伙伴关系。
10. 协助宴会销售总监开发并制作销售计划，并准备预算。
11. 管理并协助宴会销售部，确保顺畅运作，及时有效的完成每日工作任务。
12. 部门之间协调，确保为客人提供高水准服务，达到其预计希望。
13. 监督宴会销售主任的日常工作，包括其进行直接销售，培训，执行行动计划及市场计划。
14. 必须带领团队，进一步加深对酒店产品的了解认识。

1. Assistant the Sales & Marketing Department and works with the Director of Catering in achieving the Sheraton Zhuhai Hotel and The St. Regis Zhuhai 's market positioning and revenue goals.
2. Provides support and advice to the Director of Catering in strategic planning and overall business goals relating to Sales & Marketing issues of the brand and the hotels.
3. Protects and guards Corporate standards, Brand integrity and Hotels image.
4. Responsible in achieving the room and catering sales objectives of the Sheraton Zhuhai Hotel and The St. Regis Zhuhai.
5. Assists the Director of Catering in the development of Sales & Marketing plan and in budget preparation.
6. Represents and promotes the hotel by maintaining constant contact with the market and the customer base locally and internationally through Customer Relationship Management.
7. Supervisors the Sales & Marketing department to ensure all daily tasks are completed in a timely fashion.
8. Under the guidance and supervision of Director of Catering to conduct all sales activities and maximize business opportunities in his/her specific area of responsibility.
9. Develops strong rapport and builds business relationship with local customer base through sales and customer interviews.
10. Assists the Director of Catering in the development of Sales & Marketing plan and in budget preparation.
11. Manages and administers the Catering sales department to ensure smooth operation and all daily tasks are completed according to standard and in time.
12. Coordinates with departments concerned to ensure delivery of the highest standards of services to meet customer expectations.
13. Oversees day to day sales effort of Catering Sales Specialist with specific responsibilities for directing sales, training and implementing actions plans set forth in the marketing plans.
14. It is required that he/she, together with the team, develops further product knowledge of the hotel.
