The Restaurant Captain promotes team work and develops passionate and committed people. They respectfully lead, support and coach all service colleagues during preparation, service and after service. They represent the restaurant, the Hotel and the St. Regis brand and shall be at all times impeccably presented. The position not only know the products and services provided but also be able to answer any question the guest may have about restaurants and the Hotel. They take pride and responsibility in assisting the Restaurant Manager in the overall management of the restaurant.
