【岗位职责】
1、全面负责人力资源部门的日常管理工作，制定并执行人力资源战略规划，确保与酒店整体战略目标一致；
2、根据酒店业务需求，制并完善人力资源相关制度及政策，确保合规性；
3、组织员工培训与发展计划，提升员工专业技能及综合素质，推动酒店人才储备；
4、处理员工关系问题，协调解决劳动争议，维护良好的工作氛围；
5、定期分析人力资源数据，提交相关报告，为管理层决策提供支持；
6、与其他部门密切合作，推动企业文化建设，提升员工满意度与忠诚度。
【岗位要求】
1、具备人力资源相关专业知识，熟悉劳动法及人力资源管理各模块流程；
2、优秀的沟通协调能力及团队管理能力，能够高效处理复杂问题；
3、具备较强的数据分析能力，能通过数据优化人力资源策略；
4、工作细致、责任心强，具备较强的抗压能力及多任务处理能力；
5、有酒店行业人力资源管理工作经验者优先；
语言能力：英语-一般计算机能力：熟练年龄要求：30-45岁
