【岗位职责】
1、鼓励预定团队实现一贯的Reservation高分。
2、实施宾客意见调查问卷，提高部门服务质量。
3、熟悉处理房间预订的程序，给宾客提供及时和准确的房况信息。
4、落实”预订未到宾客”的名单和每日团队取消情况。
5、为所有的预订部员工准备工作时间和日程表。
6、管理每日/每月/每年的所有的日常通信的书写。
7、根据预订情况更改现有的预订并且预测现有的和未来的预订情况。
【岗位要求】
1、大专以上学历，有同岗位工作经验2年以上。
2、良好的英文口语和表达能力。
3、具有良好的产品电话销售技能，能够实现酒店客房预订率最大化。
4、具有销售业务谈判能力，能合理调配酒店产品，分清先后，实现客房销售目标。
5、具有良好的语言组织和文字表达能力，清楚，条理地表达销售意向。
6、能够督导团队成员的预订工作，指导下级提高电话销售能力。
