【岗位职责】
1、协助制定酒店年度培训规划和月度培训计划。
2、负责酒店年度、月度培训计划实施的组织、协调工作。
3、按期向上级领导反馈酒店培训实施结果。
4、与相关部门及人员进行沟通，取得培训工作所需的协助。
5、审核各种培训教材；负责员工考核工作。
6、深入部门，了解部门的培训需要，提出可行性教学建议。
7、协助经理聘请各项目培训人员，做好各种培训班的组织工作。
【岗位要求】
1、大专以上学历，有相同岗位工作经验2年以上。
2、熟悉岗位培训工作程序。
3、了解酒店员工的服务工作规范和质量标准的要求。
4、具有良好的英文口语能力和沟通能力。
5、具有较强的文字综合能力和口头表达能力。
6、掌握电化教育的方法，能熟练操作计算机。
