【岗位职责】
招聘人数：1人
工作职责：
1.负责拓展客户，完成年度业绩目标。
2.跟进团队客户的销售及接待工作。
3.掌握市场动态，安排每日走访，以期在客房及餐饮上为酒店寻求更多的业务。
4.掌握客户对于酒店的活动需求，协调客户和酒店安排，确保客人满意度。
5.积极宣传酒店产品，为客户提供全程服务。
6.提供售后服务，确保认真对待所有投诉，在必要时与相关部门进行沟通。
7.协助有效销售工作的进行，确保对于潜在客户的全面覆盖，跟进的高效实行。
8.确保所有客户信息的时时更新，包括数据信息的更新，产品跟踪，客户动向。
任职资格：
1.全日制专科以上学历；
2.酒店管理、英语、市场营销相关专业；
3.善于沟通，具有较强独立解决问题的能力及执行力。
国际联号工作经历：优先国内管理公司经历：优先语言能力：英语-良好计算机能力：熟练
