【岗位职责】
1.负责酒店前台及大堂区域的宾客接待、问询、引导与礼宾服务统筹管理，保障服务流程规范、高效、温度、信息咨询等日常服务工作;并配合相关部门妥善解决;好、环境整洁、标识清晰;务流程与客户体验；
2.指导并监督礼宾员执行行李寄存与运送、车辆调；
3.协调处理宾客突发需求及一般性投诉，及时上报；
4.维护大堂区域服务形象与秩序，确保服务设施完；
5.参与服务标准培训与质量检查，持续优化礼宾服。
【岗位要求】1.大专及以上学历，旅游管理、酒店管理、会展经济与管理等相关专业优先；
2.具备1年及以上高星级酒店礼宾或前厅服务工作经验，有主管/领班经验者优先；
3.熟悉酒店服务标准与运营流程，具备良好的沟通协调能力、应变能力及团队协作意识；
4.形象气质佳，普通话标准，具备基础英语会话能力。
