1.通过日常巡查与检查确保专职管家为客人提供高质量、专业化的一对一管家服务，对客人的投诉能够妥善解决（客房，管家，洗衣服务等等）确保客人的合理要求能够得到完美解决。

To ensure and inspect that the daily operation on the guest floors and the quality of the guest service, Take appropriate action to resolve guest complaints (HSKP, Butler & Laundry service), Ensure guest needs and reasonable requests are met

2.协助管家部经理跟踪各项任务并解决问题，帮助楼层管家掌握其负责楼层。

To support and assist the floor butlers to handle floors, help butler to control the floor.

3.监督楼层管家对客史的收集，与团队分享客人的意见反馈，通过客人的意见反馈不断提高对客服务水平，使客人满意度指数提升。

To push the floor butlers to compile the guest history, share guest feedback and improve the service delivery, to drive the guest satisfaction and GEI.

4.指导管理享受接机服务客人的房间内入住登记，迎接预抵VIP 客人并提供服务

Supervise the in-room check in for the airport pick up guest, welcoming and service.

5.监督管家的日常表现，定期对经营情况进行预计，制定相应工作计划和年度工作表现目标（PMP）并加以实施.

Supervise floor butler’s performance, Participate in the preparation of the Strategic Business/Operating Plans and PMP to achieve relevant goal.
